Will and Laura started talking with my wife and myself about a 5 acre property we were considering selling. It took us 4 years to make up our minds to sell and Will kept us advised on the market and sales prices the whole time. We finally listed the property with them after 4 years and it sold within 10 days at full asking price. Very happy with them both.

This was not the first time I had turned to Will and Laura for my real estate needs, and it won’t be the last, as I have one more house to sell. This sale was more complicated than the previous purchase but the Webberleys, true to their nature, stayed focused and made me feel like I was their only concern. I’m sure I asked a lot of silly questions along the way but they answered every one in a way that let me know that I was an important part of the team. Preparing the house for sale included buying new appliances. The store delivered a fridge that was too big for the enclosure, and the desired listing date was in danger of being pushed back until I could work out a solution. Undaunted, Will rolled up his sleeves and went right to work, expertly carving out a section of the cabinetry in a way that, somehow, made it look better than it had. The large fridge was a major selling point, and I believe it resulted in a higher final price. I have never, in my life, been able to so strongly recommend someone for anything that requires both competence and trust. Will and Laura’s tireless enthusiasm and focused drive were invaluable during a very difficult time. I can’t wait for our next sale!
