This includes the Selkirk MLS far up north, the Coeur d’Alene MLS which is our primary region in the center of the panhandle, and the Intermountain MLS based in Boise covering the southern portion of the state. On top of that, we are members of the Oregon Coast MLS too! And lastly, we are members of the Montana Regional MLS covering from the Rocky Mountains to the Idaho State line. Very few Real Estate agents cover such a broad range but in order to serve our client’s needs we have taken the steps to ensure that we can cover as much as we can. We have both obtained our licenses for all 3 states and are in good standing with all MLS’s and Realtor Boards.
