After falling in love with the lifestyle and beauty of North Idaho, Will moved from New Jersey to Idaho in 1989 to escape the congestion and cold-hearted culture. He thrived in the construction field eventually becoming a licensed Idaho State Appraiser and Home Inspector.
Laura had a similar experience moving from Pennsylvania to Idaho in 2003 having a background in customer service and management. Her contagious personality and sincere care for others’ needs always brings a smile to the faces of those she helps.
The two met 10 years later forming a construction and remodel company eventually phasing into full time real estate in 2017. They partnered with the highest producing brokerage in the region, Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty of Coeur d’Alene.
